Note on Compliance / Supply Chain Due Diligence (LkSG)

As part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, rola aims to set standards—not only through competence and performance, but also through the way its employees act: close to customers and partners, fair, and open to dialogue.

Compliance with legal requirements, values, and obligations forms the basis of our actions.

Respect for human rights within the Deutsche Telekom Group and by our suppliers is a fundamental part of our corporate identity. To implement the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we rely on existing group-wide processes and policies. In 2023, Deutsche Telekom revised its Human Rights Policy Statement, which is now presented in two documents. These can be accessed at the following link:

Everyone can contribute to protecting the company from harm. In order for us to respond to misconduct or irregularities, we must first become aware of them. We therefore offer all stakeholders the opportunity to report potential legal or regulatory violations—easily and, if needed, anonymously—via Deutsche Telekom’s whistleblower portal TellMe. This also includes reports concerning human rights or environmental risks, restrictions on freedom of expression, or violations along our supply chain, whether related to the actions of our own employees or those of our suppliers or business partners.
